Reservation
You can cancel or amend your reservation by contacting the reception team. If your reservation was made with a 3rd party travel agent, please contact them directly.
Payments
All major worldwide credit cards are accepted upon booking and in hotel. We also accept a payment with debit card.
Arrival
Check in is from 2 PM. If you want to arrive earlier at the hotel, we do have luggage storage available free of charge. Reception is open 24/7 so you can check in later after exploring. Please do contact us if you will be arriving after 8 PM.
If your room is not guaranteed by an authorized credit card or online payment, we will hold your reservation until 6 PM on the day of arrival.

Check-out is before 12 pm at departure date.
A free late check-out is offered until 1 pm if you are book directly through our website. If you would like a later check-out, this costs €10 per hour until 4 pm at latest. Are you interested in a late check-out? Please inform the reception before 12 pm at departure date and note that the possibility for a late check-out is subject to availability.
OZO Hotels Armada
Check-out is before 11 am at departure date.
If you would like a later check-out, this will cost an additional €20 until 2 pm, and €50 until 4 pm. Are you interested in a late check-out? Please contact the reception before 12 pm at departure date and note that the possibility for a late check-out is subject to availability.
OZO Hotels Cordial
Check-out is before 11 am at departure date.
If you would like a later check-out, this will cost an additional €20 until 12 pm. After 12 pm, an additional €10 per hour will be charged for every extra hour. Are you interested in a late check-out? Please contact the reception before 12 pm at departure date and note that the possibility for a late check-out is subject to availability.
Prices & Conditions
OZO Hotels Flexible Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or change of the reservation is possible up to 48 hours before arrival date. If you do not check in on the arrival date, the first night of the reservation will be charged and the remaining days of the reservation will be cancelled. If you want to change or cancel the reservation you must contact us in advance.
Corona FAQ
- Our employees must wash and disinfect their hands regularly.
- Disinfection gel is available throughout the hotel.
- We've updated our housekeeping protocol to:
- door handles, the reception desk and other frequently touched objects are disinfected throughout the day after each use, in all public areas within our hotels;
- all rooms and keys are (still) thoroughly cleaned after each check-out, with specialized disinfecting cleaning products - We do not shake hands or make physical contact with customers and colleagues as recommended by international and national guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
- Tables and chairs are disinfected with disinfectant after each use, so that guests feel comfortable and safe in our lobby.
